Uva ursi, also known as Bearberry, is well known for its use in the treatment of urinary tract infections such as cystitis and pyelitis. Having an antiseptic and astringent effect on the membranes of the urinary system, this herb generally soothes, tones and strengthens these tissues as well as alkalising the urine. Uva ursi has also been used traditionally in the treatment of kidney infections, kidney stones and bronchitis.

Preparation: 1-2 tsp per cup, steep covered 10-15 minutes. Drink 3 times daily.

Amazing!

The product works wonders and helped with my urinary problems which is wonderful since I regularly get urinary tract infections. I recommend making no more than what you can drink straight away as it becomes really bitter after it sits for a while and then has to be diluted with water to become remotely drinkable. Overall very satisfied and greatful for the almost immediate relief. Would recommend a stronger dose of two scoops per cup to achieve results quicker :) !
