SUGGESTED USE
SUGGESTED USE
Suggested Use: Up to 1-3 squirts per day. For maximum male performance use 3 days leading up to sexual activity.
1 squirt equals 1 dropper (please note it will not fill to the top only about 1/3 of dropper) and 1 dropper equals 1ml which contains 100mg of Tongkat Ali. If you want to use Tongkat Ali for general health and maintenance as a testosterone booster, 1ml - 2ml per day is ideal. If you have a fun weekend of sex coming up then you can increase to up to 3ml per day.
We suggest using Tongkat Ali in the morning as it is stimulating and could potentiall disrupt sleep if used later in the day. We also suggest cycling Tongkat Ali throughout the month and aim to have a couple of days off per week.
Also useful for females, suggested 1 squirt per day.
