
Ashwagandha Sleep Tonic
This hot Ashwagandha milk recipe is a relaxing nighttime drink to tonify and soothe the nervous system and help you get your ZZZzzzs.
Instructions
Ingredients:
300 millilitres milk of your choice
1 teaspoon Ashwagandha Powder
0.25 teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 pinch nutmeg powder
2 pinch clove powder
0.5 teaspoon Mulungu Powder (Optional)
Method:
Place a small amount of milk in saucepan, add herbs and spice and mix well with whisk or spoon. Add the rest of milk, and heat gently. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg on top.
