Ashwagandha
Ashwagandha
EFFECTS
In Ayurvedic medicine, Ashwagandha is a primary strengthening tonic, used for debility, inflammatory conditions, premature ageing, low libido, impotence and infertility. It may also strengthen the nervous and immune systems. Unlike many other adaptogens and aphrodisiacs, Ashwagandha is not over-stimulating; and may actually promote sound sleep, as well as meditation. It is also used for weak knees and back, joint and nerve pain, and arthritis.
Please note: The 250g size does not come in a home compostable bag.

Such a prized herb, using it regularly has many benefits. Thanks for the review, Laura
Great herb makes you feel so healthy, happy and energetic. I've been using the powder in vegetable capsules and found you can feel the effects so quickly. Highly recommended, great herb to start with if you're new and would be great for so many different people. helps your body response to stress, feels like it works both with physical and mental stress. 10 out of 10.
Great, such a popular stable herb that many use every day. Thanks Laura
I'm very happy with the results. It's very calming for my anxiety and very helpful with aiding my sleep. Planning on mixing Lemon Balm powder and Passion Flower powder with it for more bang !!! I take it straight as a powder and mix it with saliva in my mouth. The taste is OK and it works.

I was taking ashwagandha tablets but I swapped them out for the powder to make a brew (with other powders) for adrenal fatigue. The brew has definitely alleviated many of the issues attached with adrenal fatigue and have now started mum on ashwagandha powder (plus other supplements) to attention weak knees/arthritis. I will definitely continue on with ashwagandha powder to alleviate symptoms.
