
Lavender & Ashwagandha Moon Mylk

Instructions
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 tsp Ashwagandha
- 1/2 tsp Lavender
- 1/2 tsp Chamomile
- 1 tsp Honey
- 2 tsp Blueberries (for colour)
Method:
- Add all ingredients (except honey) to saucepan.
- Stir well & heat gently until just below a simmer, for 5-10 minutes.
- Strain into your favourite cup.
- Add honey & stir well.
- Sprinkle with lavender flowers for beauty
- Enjoy deep sleep & lavender dreams.
