Lavender is a gentle sedative that can help reduce stress and anxiety, assist sleep and reduce depression. It is a traditional remedy for headaches: both internally as a tea and externally as an essential oil, rubbed into the temples. Internally, it can also help dispel gas, stimulate liver and digestive function, and increase bile flow. It is also useful externally as an antiseptic and soothing wash, douche or sitz bath, or use the essential oil for burns, bites and cold sores.

I am truly inlove with lavender in my tea! A beautiful aroma and flavour for all teas. And a perfect herb for helping to relax.
Very strong smelling, super calming and has so many uses. Loving putting it in my baths, foot soaks, teas and diffusers. Works great as a linen/room spray. Keeps bugs away.
Great to hear you are experiencing so many ways to use it, Ive been baking cakes with it. Thanks Laura
