Mulungu
A natural sedative for nervous disorders such as insomnia, anxiety, stress and depression, and also used for hepatitis and liver disorders, to lower blood pressure and as an antispasmodic for asthma, bronchitis and coughs. Studies indicate it is useful for quitting tobacco.
In purchased this from the Westend store where the staff was incredibly welcoming and introduced me to mulungu very thoroughly and kindly. It’s excellent for improving sleep quality. Ever since I started drinking it, I no longer wake up in the middle of the night and I wake feeling energetic and refreshed.
Thats great to hear. We are currently working on a 2:1 Mulungu liquid extract so people can use it in the middle of the night if they wake u. Its definitely a powerhouse for sleep. Thanks Laura
I'm not paying $20 plus for shipping. That's ridicules and nuts. I got some Mulunga Bark tea through amazon.
Oh dear $20 for shipping sounds incorrect unless you live overseas. If you are using hte bark make sure you brew it for a long time, the powder is way more effective and popular for instant effect
Hi Can i put this into gelatin capsules and ingest that way please?
Hi there, thank you for your question. Yes, you can certainly put our Mulungu Powder into gelatin capsules and ingest it that way. It is a convenient way to consume the powder and we have had customers who have had success with this method. Thank you for considering our product!
I had a recommendation from a very nice guy working in the Adelaide store. Its been brilliant as a sleep aid. Delicious mixed with grated fresh ginger in a pot. Definitely recommend for a relaxing end to the night.
Hi Danny, Thank you for your review! We are thrilled that you are enjoying the mulungu and that it is a helpful sleep aid. Sounds divine with the fresh ginger! Thank you for supporting our Adelaide shop & we hope to serve you in the future. Cheers!
Tastes bad but is definitely effective with calming nerves and making you drowsy
