Digest Detox Tea

Support digestion and liver detoxification with this simple yet powerful herbal tea. Did you know that liver health is key to happy digestion? Your liver works tirelessly to filter toxins, break down fats, and support gut function—but it needs a little love too! This soothing blend of dandelion and burdock gently stimulates detoxification, while peppermint eases bloating and chamomile calms the digestive system. Sip your way to balance with this nourishing tea, perfect for daily support or a gentle reset when your digestion needs a boost.

Instructions

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 tsp Dandelion Root
  • 1-2 tsp Burdock Root
  • 1 tsp Licorice Root
  • 1 tsp Peppermint
  • 1 tsp Chamomile

Method:

  • In a saucepan, add the Dandelion Root, Burdock Root, Licorice Root & 3 cups of water.
  • Bring to a boil, then turn down & simmer for 10 minutes.
  • In a teapot or teacup with infuser, add 1 tsp each of Peppermint and Chamomile.
  • Pour over 1 cup of your decoction (from step 1), cover & infuse for 5-10 minutes.
  • Enjoy better digestion & a happy liver!
  • Your decoction can be reheated later to make another cup.
