Our new Instant Green Kava is made from dehydrating fresh Green Kava Juice, and is the closest thing we’ve found to drinking freshly harvested green Kava, making a refreshing drink that still offers the potent relaxing, uplifting and euphoric benefits that we all enjoy Kava for. This is a daytime favourite that goes well with your morning fruit juice, smoothie or coffee.

You can drink our Instant Green Kava in water, juice, hot chocolate, coffee, or your favourite Smoothie.

Instructions

Ingredients:

  • 1 Green Apple
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1/2 Lemon, juiced
  • 3 leaves Kale (or use spinach instead)
  • 3 slices Ginger
  • 1 heaped tsp Green Kava Powder
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • Honey to taste (optional)

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
  2. Blend on high for 1 minute
  3. Serve & Enjoy!
  4. Enjoy Green Kava in the morning or afternoon for an uplifting, euphoric buzz!
