This Candida Support Tea blends five powerful herbs that work synergistically to help restore harmony, combat fungal overgrowth, and support overall well-being. 🍵✨
Instructions
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Pau D’Arco (Tabebuia impetiginosa)
- 1 tbsp Cat’s Claw (Uncaria tomentosa)
- 1-2 tsp Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra)
- 2 tsp Calendula Flowers (Calendula officinalis)
- 1 tsp Lemon Myrtle (Backhousia citriodora)
Method:
- In a pot, combine Pau D’Arco, Cat’s Claw, and Licorice with 1 litre of water.
- Cover & bring to a gentle simmer for 10 minutes to extract the medicinal compounds.
- Remove from heat and add Calendula and Lemon Myrtle.
- Cover and let steep for 10 more minutes.
- Strain and enjoy warm.
- Drink 1-3 cups daily for best results.
- Recipes makes 3 cups, to reheat through the day
