Blue Lily (Nymphaea caerulea)
The aquatic plant Nymphaea caerulea (often called “blue lotus” or “blue lily”) contains a variety of bioactive compounds, including aporphine-type alkaloids such as nuciferine and apomorphine, as well as flavonoids and other phenolic molecules(1).
These compounds appear to act on neural pathways related to relaxation and mood regulation, particularly through dopaminergic and serotonergic signalling, while also exhibiting antioxidant properties(2).
In traditional uses dating back to ancient Egypt, the flower was prized for its symbolic and possible soothing qualities and was used for relaxing, mood support and ceremonial purposes(3).

Love love love
Would have been a godsend a few years back but happy it exists now. Alters nightmares to something purgatory gibberish that you wake up and forget. Be sure to keep a bottle handy if you can read any preliminary signs.
