Ania I love all Blue Lily products: tea and bliss tincture but this spagyric I think is numero uno! I love the flavour, rich colour, smell. I tired it before going to bed I felt super relaxed little numbing effect in my mouth followed by nice chilled feeling. It feels good, pure and bonus I slept really well after. I had lots of dreams and waked up refreshed. I tried it also during day with ceremonial cacao, vanilla, 2 droplet of this Blue lily spagyric and pinch of salt and almond millk I love it yum :-)
