This tea can be prepared as an infusion or decoction.
Infusion: Add 2 teaspoons of the tea blend to a teapot or tea flask. Pour over 1 cup of boiling water. Cover and infuse for 15 minutes. Strain and drink.
Decoction: (For a more potent drink) Add 2 teaspoons to a saucepan with 1.5 cups of water and simmer for 15 minutes. Strain and drink.
