Valerian
Valerian root is used as a medicinal herb with sedative, anti-anxiety and anti-insomnia effects in both tea, tincture and capsule form.
This spyragic has been extremely beneficial for relaxation and assistance with sleep. I've found 5-10 drops under the tongue about 30 minutes before bed works well in helping to wind down and drift off. I don't wake up feeling groggy or tired. Highly recommend Valerian root spyragic to relax, unwind and rest.
So happy to hear our Valerian Root Spagyric has helped you so much Dani! We love Valerians ability to provide a deeply restful sleep without the hazy morning feeling other sleep assistance products tend to leave you with.
I have found this valerian to be very good. I hadn’t tried it before but found it definitely helped pain in my knees and muscles to relax at night. Also helped with sleep. I took it through the day too sometimes for aching legs. Helped with that. Kind of magical as I’ve tried a lot.
Was recommended to me for chronic fatigue in which I was having trouble getting into a deep sleep and staying asleep due to muscle pain which was making it hard to relax. Found it to be the best thing I've ever taken. Really helped reduce the muscle pain throughout my entire body, I was able to relax and will always have the deepest and calmest sleep. You don't feel groggy or heavy at all the following morning which is what makes this product so great. In fact I felt lighter and more refreshed, I had more energy, less pain and felt way more centred and relaxed going into the day. Works perfectly to relax the body, mind and soul!
Great review thanks. The Spagyrics are particularity potent but also so easy to have when you are trying to get to sleep and don't want to worry about making a cuppa and possibly having to get up to wee. Thanks Laura
I wake up in the early hours of the morning a lot. I have tried a lot of different things which either don't work or leave me feeling weird. It just gives me those few extra hours that I need. There isn't any yukky residual effect either. I think it's the fact it is just valerian and not mixed with other herbs.
