Amy r. I got this to help with chronic menstrual cramps and difficulty sleeping because of the pain intensity. Have definitely noticed a difference within the last month of using it and feel it helps me calm down after a long day and ready for bed. Have been mixing with marshmallow leaf also as recommended by the lovely guy in the cairns store. He was super helpful and knowledgeable!

Dy I've recently ordered and begun trialing Wild Lettuce as I seek out natural relief for pain. I'm still working out the ratio of leaf to water for tea but I do think it helps, let's be honest even if it's 10% taken away, that less that I have to cope with. Will be trailing the tincture next, happy so far!

Deanne N. I had some dental work done and the pain was terrible so I made a tea with wild lettuce. Omgosh fantastic took the pain away and helped me sleep am ordering more right now, as we use wild lettuce now instead of panadol or neurofen.

Aedan M. I find I have to use a fair bit of this to get an effect. The effect isn't too bad. Smooth smoke too. Not my favourite herb.
