Damiana Love Tea

With a delicious combination of Damiana, Rose, Vanilla and Cinnamon, this sweet and sensual tea will warm your heart and soul, and get your blood flowing to all the right places!

Damiana is one of our all-time favourite herbs for increasing sensuality and getting you in the mood. It relaxes the body and mind, uplifts mood and has a delicious earthy flavour.

Rose petals are not only a beautiful and aromatic addition to tea blends, they also have a reputation as an aphrodisiac, mood-booster & stress-buster.

Vanilla has long been prised for it’s intoxicatingly sweet, creamy and calming aroma. Just the smell of it can effect your mood!

Cinnamon is a warming, sweet and spicy herb that helps get the blood flowing, and has long been regarded as an aphrodisiac.

Instructions

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Damiana
  • 1 tsp Rose Petals
  • 1/2 Vanilla pod
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Honey (or sweetener of choice)

(This is for one cup. To make a whole pot to share, double or triple the recipe.)

Method:

  • Add all herbs to a teapot (or a teacup with our stainless steel tea infuser placed inside).
  • Pour over 1 cup of hot water.
  • Cover and let steep for 5 minutes.
  • Strain (or remove infuser).
  • Add sweetener as desired.
  • Enjoy!
