Mullein is used primarily as an expectorant to clear lung congestion and suppress spasmodic coughs. It also contains mucilage which will help soothe a sore, irritated throat. The leaves may also be smoked to assist bronchial congestion and coughs. Some people have reported success using mullein for asthma. Olive oil infused with mullein flowers has traditionally been used for earaches.

If you’re a smoker, buy this.

I love Mullein so much. It’s always so helpful with clearing mucus from sickness or from just being a smoker. Highly recommend this as a tea but it also smokes and tastes like tea, it’s so nice!

Mullein is a herb recommended to me by a friend because I'm a smoker and suffer bronchitis a lot. Since smoking the herb I've found my lungs are trying to clear themselves. It's a lovely tasting smoke and Ive found my cigarette smoking has also decreased. Thank you
