I have this handy at work now, so instead of an afternoon coffee, which I know will affect my sleep and not necessarily give me the energy boost I need, I have 5 drops of Siberian Ginseng and it takes the tired edge off. It's not a buzz perse, just when you think about it, realise you're not tired anymore, perfect. Also, I really like the taste, it's not particularly herby, almost sweet.
