Ingredients: Damiana, lemon balm, chamomile, lemon myrtle, skullcap, passionflower, licorice, lemon grass, mallow and cornflowers.

Preparation: Brew the tea by steeping 1 heaped
teaspoon per cup of boiling water for 3-5 mins. Sweeten if desired.

Brodie W. I couldn't wait for my delivery of individual herbs, so I stopped into the shop to grab some tea mixes. A delectable earthy and slightly lemony tea, a good balance between sweet and bitter. Although I personally believe there are a few too many ingredients to get the most benefit from the herbs after a single cup, after 2 cups I certainly feel much more relaxed.
Hi, I agree with you about blending so many herbs at once for effect. As a beliver in traditional herbalism myself if you know what you are doing then single herbs are the way to go as they target specific symptoms, but for those that want a tasty option that covers most of the bases then this tea works really well and its a very comforting blend.
