This delicate, fragrant flower is both uplifting and mildly sedating and is used to improve mood, reduce stress and tension and ease depression.
I just love jasmine flower in my teas. A beautiful mild sedating feeling, with all round relaxation. A nice sweet floral flavour for teas.
