Passionflower is a relaxant and nerve tonic which soothes the adrenal glands and also interacts with the nicotine receptors in the human brain, making it an excellent herb for assisting in combating nicotine cravings and withdrawal.

Aedan M. I don't really like smoking passionflower herb, but the extracted from is really good. Have fair bit of this and you'll have a very powerful experience. It reminds me of kanba. A love drug as I call it.

For me, its not as effective if I take it every day but my dose is 3 x day, 5-10 drops

Steven H. Passion flower is one of my favourite herbs and so I tried it as my first Spagyric.
Some evenings when I want to relax I have taken this and it really helps take the edge off, also nice to have as you get in to a hot bath. Really relaxing and takes some stress away.
Some nights when I've struggled to fall asleep I have gotten up and had some of this and it has helped me get to sleep. My usual dose has been about 6 - 8 drops.
