Really great at calming internal tremors and tinnitus also great as an analgesic especially neuropathic pain

I have really bad insomnia and sleep apnoea so I struggle to get to sleep and stay asleep. The first night I tried this as a tea, it helped but the second night it didn't help at all. Would you recommend mixing it with anything else? I have hops flower too. Should I mix the two?

Hard to chop but great in a mix

I mix it with Blue Lilly for a nice relaxing smoke. I drift off to sleep and have vivid dream thanks to the Blue Lilly.
I believe this is a great pairing. Haven't tried it in a tea.

Great addition to my herbal teas!

I've been adding this to my daily herbal tea blends and find it has a great effect with helping me cope with my lower back and knee pain.
It's also assisted with a more restful sleep at night.

Highly recommend

I suffer from insomnia, my brain won't shut off but having California poppy tea has helped me so much solidly sleep through the night. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind, I pair it with a California poppy tincture and a small smoke of 'no pot' and get ready for bed ❤️
