Preparation: 1-2 tsp/cup, simmer 15 mins, or soak in hot water for 5-10mins and stir every few minutes. Add honey or stevia to sweeten. Take it about 20 mins before bedtime as many people feel its effects quite quickly.

Dani Was hesitant to try at first - but was pleasantly surprised. Not the best taste, but when taken in a tea about 30-40 minutes before bed time, it assists in feeling relaxed enough to drift off to sleep. I often combine with stress less tea blend, and it's absolutely perfect.

Adele M. In purchased this from the Westend store where the staff was incredibly welcoming and introduced me to mulungu very thoroughly and kindly. It’s excellent for improving sleep quality. Ever since I started drinking it, I no longer wake up in the middle of the night and I wake feeling energetic and refreshed.

Oh dear $20 for shipping sounds incorrect unless you live overseas. If you are using hte bark make sure you brew it for a long time, the powder is way more effective and popular for instant effect

Danny H. I had a recommendation from a very nice guy working in the Adelaide store. Its been brilliant as a sleep aid. Delicious mixed with grated fresh ginger in a pot. Definitely recommend for a relaxing end to the night.
